2. The Services
Pai Pai Rides operates a technology platform facilitating transportation and logistics, connecting users with independent third-party providers. The Company is not a direct provider of transportation services.

3. User Accounts & Requirements

• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Registration: Accurate, complete, and updated information (phone, payment method) is required.
• Conduct: Users must adhere to all local laws, avoiding illegal, hazardous, or disruptive behavior.
• Minors: Users under 18 must be accompanied by an authorized adult.

4. Payments & Fares

• Charges: Fares, taxes, and fees apply, as detailed in the app.
• Payment Method: Payments are processed via agreed digital or cash methods.
• Refund Policy: Charges are generally non-refundable unless determined otherwise by the company.
• Cleaning/Repair Fees: Users are responsible for cleaning or repair costs exceeding normal wear and tear.

5. Safety & Prohibited Items

• Safety Protocols: Users are encouraged to verify vehicle/driver details before beginning a trip.
• Restrictions: Transporting dangerous, unlawful, or offensive goods is forbidden.
• Behavior: Abusive language or actions toward drivers may lead to account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: Services are provided without warranties regarding availability or quality.
• Liability Cap: The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, within the limits of the law.
• Third-Party Risks: Risks inherent to transport services remain with the user.

7. Privacy & Data
Data collection and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy, complying with local regulations.

8. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of Uganda, with disputes settled in local courts.
